Get in touchWhat we protect
Servers & VMs
Full image backups of physical and virtual servers with instant recovery and failover.
Microsoft 365
Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams — backed up independently from Microsoft's retention.
Endpoints
Laptops and desktops backed up automatically — files recovered in minutes, not days.
Databases
SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL — application-consistent backups with point-in-time recovery.
Cloud workloads
Azure VMs, AWS EC2, Google Cloud — cross-platform backup with a single management console.
NAS & file shares
Network storage backed up with deduplication and WAN acceleration for remote offices.
How we design a resilient backup strategy
Good backup is not one product and one schedule. It is a recovery design with clear objectives, layered copies, and regular proof that it will work.
Recovery objectives first
We define realistic RPO and RTO targets so backup design is based on business impact, not arbitrary schedules or storage capacity alone.
3-2-1 as a baseline
Primary data, local backup, and offsite backup are treated as separate layers. Where risk justifies it, we add immutability and replication.
Security built in
Backup repositories, access controls, encryption, retention, and ransomware resilience are considered part of security posture, not an afterthought.
Restore testing is mandatory
A backup that has never been restored is an assumption. We test file recovery, workload recovery, and documented failover paths so there are no surprises under pressure.
Why most backup strategies fail
"Backups run but nobody checks them"
We verify every backup daily and test restores monthly.
"Recovery takes days, not hours"
Instant VM recovery and granular file restore — measured in minutes.
"No offsite copy"
3-2-1 rule enforced: three copies, two media types, one offsite.
"Ransomware encrypts the backups too"
Immutable backup repositories that ransomware cannot modify or delete.
What a backup engagement includes
Assessment
We review workloads, existing backup jobs, retention, offsite coverage, admin access, and restore expectations.
Redesign
We define backup policies, repository layout, offsite strategy, monitoring, and the recovery procedures that actually matter to the business.
Implementation
Backup tooling is deployed or reconfigured, jobs are validated, offsite copies are established, and alerts are routed to the right people.
Testing and handover
We run restore tests, document the environment, and make sure someone knows exactly what to do if a workload needs to be recovered in anger.
Don't wait for a disaster to test your backups
We'll audit your current backup strategy and show you what's missing — free of charge.
